Sideshifts SIDESHIFTERS are the most common additional attachment encountered on forklift trucks. The sideshifter allows lateral shift of the load, taking the truck capacity into account, of +/- 100 up to +/- 160 mm. In special execution the so called container sideshifter (see following page) is available which allows a wider side shift (Possible restrictions in the capacity set by the truck manufacturer should be taken into account).
