Paper Handling     PaperTech PR-18 The PaperTech range of roll clamps offers customers solutions to all handling needs in the paper industry covering paper mills, terminals, transport, converters and printers. The PaperTech PR range of rotating paper roll clamps allows handling of reels vertically and horizontally in all applications. The -18 version provides 180 rotation. Standard capacities are available from 1100kg to 4500kg together with roll ranges from 1100mm to 1830mm. Optional capacities and roll ranges are available on request. Fixed and variable positioned short arm allows the range to meet all application requirements. The short arm can be positioned at any point of the rotation. To protect the bearings, all arm and cylinder pivots are greasable. Thin arm profile ensures effective handling of reels and reduces the risk of damage to the product being handled. The edges of the contact pads are protected when in the vertical condition. When handling reels on the roll, pads and pad hinge are protected by wear strips.
